Where We Are › Singapore
Knowing how Singapore's government agencies work is the expertise this hub is built on. It's what lets us take Singaporean companies into the United States, and bring global technology into Asia.
Most of Asia is run from Singapore. Regional headquarters, regional capital, and regional procurement all sit here, which makes it the shortest credible route into the rest of the continent, and the natural place for an Asian company to start planning a move west.
So the hub carries traffic in both directions. Singaporean companies use it to reach the United States, where our New York team picks them up. North American companies use it to reach Asia without spending a year working out which door to knock on. The same relationships serve both.
Singapore is a regional launchpad, innovation hub, and operating base. We work with government agencies, trade organizations, and companies to move technology across markets, build new capabilities, and turn international expansion into real business.
Trade and enterprise agencies
Helping Singaporean companies enter the US market through structured GTM programs, buyer introductions, market validation, and hands-on support through to commercial traction.
Market-entry programs
Bringing high-potential international companies into Singapore and Southeast Asia, with curated access to customers, partners, and the local innovation ecosystem.
Innovation centers
Designing, building, and operating innovation platforms that connect government priorities with global technologies, startups, and real-world implementation.
Company GTM programs
Building bespoke US market-entry programs around each company's growth goals, with SOSA teams on the ground driving introductions, validation, and execution.
This program will give us a soft landing into the US market, where we hopefully get a lot more warm introductions from SOSA. SOSA is an important partner in the sense that the brand is a recognizable brand, so that we don't come to market alone.

We run the New York roadshow that puts Singaporean fintech, cyber, and AI companies in front of the financial institutions and insurers that could buy from them, with investor pitching alongside it.

We source and pre-qualify North American enterprise software companies for the Infocomm Media Development Authority's Accreditation and Spark programs, then put their leadership in front of the people who run them.

A global partner of the Home Team's science and technology agency. We designed and built Hatch with them, the country's first innovation center for public safety and security.

In 2023 HTX asked us to design and build Singapore's first innovation center dedicated to public safety and security. Six months later it was open, and HTX has run it since.
What made it work was who sat in the room. The end users were the officers who would have to use the technology on shift, and they were there from the first conversation rather than at the end of a procurement. That model is the one we now take to other agencies.
Hatch has been a game-changer for our public safety initiatives. The collaborative environment and access to global innovations have significantly accelerated our progress.
