Uzi leads SOSA’s daily operations and long-term vision. Before SOSA, Uzi founded eCommerce diamond businesses and was a commercial pilot. When he’s not managing SOSA’s operations across 4 continents, you’ll find Uzi surfing or playing guitar.

Yinon leads SOSA’s commercial activities, turning its vision into reality. Before SOSA, Yinon was the CEO and co-founder of Flo, an industry 4.0 startup. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing and cooking (he even cooked in a 3-star Michelin restaurant for a summer.

Gianna Sagazio is the CEO of SOSA Brazil. With over two decades of experience, including roles as Innovation Director at CNI (Brazil’s National Confederation of Industry), as well as positions at the United Nations and the National Bank for Economic and Social Development, she brings unparalleled leadership experience in innovation. She enjoys nature, often found swimming or hiking, reading or painting.

As Partner in SOSA's venture fund, Roni leads the selection of companies for the portfolio, drawing on extensive experience in scouting and vetting innovative startups, and now manages the fund’s strategic direction. Before SOSA, Roni was a Graphic Designer and led business development for several NGOs. She holds an MBA and an MA in Industrial Design and loves the outdoors, high-intensity workouts, and great music.

Lital is a CPA responsible for managing SOSA’s financials and forecasts globally. Before SOSA, Lital held financial management positions at Ludan Group, EY, and Bank Leumi. Lital used to be a professional dancer.

Erik leads SOSA HLS Open Innovation programs. Before SOSA, Erik served in the Israeli Security Agency and was the co-founder and CEO of several international companies in the HLS and defense domain. He surfs on the weekends.

David leads SOSA HLS programs for international defense companies and the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Before SOSA, David served as the Head of Combat Weapons System Division in the IDF. When not at SOSA, he does triathlons and watersports.

Matan leads SOSA’s New York office and client relations in North and South America. Before SOSA, Matan completed a five-year military service in the Israeli Navy. He is a certified yoga instructor, open-water scuba diver, and a skipper.

Dani leads SOSA's research, scouting, and validation team. Prior to joining SOSA, Dani spent 10 years in the venture capital and private equity industry, in a variety of investment and operational roles. Dani is a father of three, a veteran of the IDF, and an adult ice hockey league champion.

Yogev , R&D Lead at SOSA, is an experienced tech professional with a background in elite IDF technology units. He plays a crucial role in Savvy, SOSA's SaaS Innovation Management Platform. Additionally, Yogev is a also an entrepreneur, and a passionate traveler.

Polina is an Associate on SOSA’s research team, based in Tel Aviv. She has carried out multiple cross-industry research projects, identifying cutting-edge technology solutions for SOSA's corporate partners. Before SOSA, Polina worked in finance at Nestlé and Mars. Polina holds an MA in International Entrepreneurship. In her free time, Polina likes to take dance classes.

Shani is a senior associate on the research team, scouting and validating innovative opportunities for SOSA's clients. Before SOSA, Shani was a management consultant, accelerating innovation in various industry sectors, and consulting to startups and investors. She enjoys cooking for her friends and taking her dog to play at the beach.

Victor is a Research Associate in SOSA's NYC office, responsible for scouting and validating innovative tech solutions on behalf of the firm's global client base. Before SOSA, Victor was a consultant for fuzzy front-end startups and high-tech projects. He holds a BA in Business Psychology and an MA and Ph.D. in Technological Innovation. He calls Germany and Brazil “Home” and brews his own Kombucha.

Noemie is SOSA's Marketing Manager. Prior to SOSA, Noemie held various digital Marketing roles, spanning government consulting and leading startup marketing departments.Originally from France, Noemie has a background in Humanitarian Law and speaks five languages. She has a passion for cooking and loves going on long walks with her two dogs.

Carmel's role is to scout for cutting-edge tech solutions for SOSA's HLS Open Innovation Programs. Before SOSA, he worked in the partnerships groups at various financial startups in the US. He enjoys spending weekends in northern Israel and is a podcast enthusiast.

Elan is a Program Manager at SOSA NYC. He designs and leads acceleration programs for governments that support international startups seeking to enter the US market. Prior to joining SOSA, Elan worked at Endeavor Mexico, leading research studies on startup ecosystems in Latin America. Elan is an avid hiker, cook, chess player, and reggaeton dancer.

Regina manages SOSA’s HLS’ accelerator programs. Before SOSA, Regina worked as a Business development manager in technology incubators and then founded and managed her own medical device startup. When she’s not scaling up startups, you can find her scaling walls, building impressive Lego creations and baking delicious pastries.

Jason supports SOSA’s clients through research and technology scouting as a part of the Research Team. Prior to SOSA, Jason was a management consultant focussed on financial services. Originally from Germany, he is working towards doing a kickflip by the end of the year.

Guy ensures the SOSA TLV headquarters is always buzzing with activities. Before SOSA, Guy managed operations in high-tech companies. He has extensive restaurateur experience and plays saxophone in a local band.

Rachel is a Business Development Representative at SOSA. She graduated from the international MBA program at Tel Aviv University. Rachel is originally from Texas. She has a background in Arabic language study, and nonprofit client-facing work. She is an avid traveler and just finished a long trip through South Africa, the United States, and Patagonia.

Maryana is an assistant at SOSA Brazil, overseeing operational activities in the commercial field. With nearly 15 years of experience in Commercial and Sales, her previous roles included selling wind blade services. Outside of work, she’s a certified yoga instructor with a passion for nature, animals, and traveling.
