Uzi leads SOSA’s daily operations and long-term vision. Before SOSA, Uzi founded eCommerce diamond businesses and was a commercial pilot. When he’s not managing SOSA’s operations across 4 continents, you’ll find Uzi surfing or playing guitar.

Yinon leads SOSA’s commercial activities, turning its vision into reality. Before SOSA, Yinon was the CEO and co-founder of Flo, an industry 4.0 startup. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing and cooking (he even cooked in a 3-star Michelin restaurant for a summer.

Gianna Sagazio, CEO of SOSA Brazil, brings over 20 years of innovation leadership, including leading roles at CNI, the UN, and BNDES. Outside of work, she enjoys nature, swimming, hiking, reading, and painting.

As Partner in SOSA's venture fund, Roni leads the selection of companies for the portfolio, drawing on extensive experience in scouting and vetting innovative startups, and now manages the fund’s strategic direction. She holds an MBA and an MA in Industrial Design and loves the outdoors, high-intensity workouts, and great music.

Dani leads the firm’s corporate strategy practice, guiding global enterprises and governments in identifying emerging technologies and building innovation-driven growth strategies. Before joining SOSA, Dani spent a decade in venture capital and private equity, managing investments and portfolio operations across diverse industries. Dani is a father of three, a marathon runner, and a former semi-professional football player.

Lital is a CPA responsible for managing SOSA’s financials and forecasts globally. Before SOSA, Lital held financial management positions at Ludan Group, EY, and Bank Leumi. Lital used to be a professional dancer.

Iris brings over 25 years of executive experience leading global marketing organizations in Telecommunications, Cyber, and B2B SaaS. She previously served as CMO at BATM, and led marketing and strategy for Nokia’s Cloud Infrastructure. Iris holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Sc. in Industrial Design. She is a professional designer, kickboxer, and obsessive reader.

David leads SOSA HLS programs for international defense companies and the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Before SOSA, David served as the Head of Combat Weapons System Division in the IDF. When not at SOSA, he does triathlons and watersports.

Erik leads SOSA HLS Open Innovation programs. Before SOSA, Erik served in the Israeli Security Agency and was the co-founder and CEO of several international companies in the HLS and defense domain. He surfs on the weekends.

Polina is a Senior Research Associate on SOSA’s research team, based in Tel Aviv. She has carried out multiple cross-industry research projects, identifying cutting-edge technology solutions for SOSA's corporate partners. Before SOSA, Polina worked in finance at Nestlé and Mars. Polina holds an MA in International Entrepreneurship. In her free time, Polina likes to take dance classes.

Victor is a Research Associate in SOSA's NYC office, responsible for scouting and validating innovative tech solutions on behalf of the firm's global client base. Before SOSA, Victor was a consultant for fuzzy front-end startups and high-tech projects. He holds a BA in Business Psychology and an MA and Ph.D. in Technological Innovation. He calls Germany and Brazil “Home” and brews his own Kombucha.

Carmel's role is to scout for cutting-edge tech solutions for SOSA's HLS Open Innovation Programs. Before SOSA, he worked in the partnerships groups at various financial startups in the US. He enjoys spending weekends in northern Israel and is a podcast enthusiast.

Elan designs and leads acceleration programs for governments that support international startups seeking to enter the US market. Prior to joining SOSA, Elan worked at Endeavor Mexico, leading research studies on startup ecosystems in Latin America. Elan is an avid hiker, cook, chess player, and reggaeton dancer.

A marketing professional, Isabella has experience connecting leading companies with disruptive technologies for the Brazilian financial market. Before joining SOSA, she lead startup acceleration programs and digital transformation projects at B3, Sinqia, and Fenasbac. Isabella enjoys photography and playing altinha. She also manages a family-run artisanal cheese shop.

Guy ensures that SOSA HQ is always buzzing with activity. Prior to SOSA, Guy managed operations at several high-tech companies. He has extensive restaurateur experience and plays saxophone in a local band.
