Our Jersey City center opened in May 2026 with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, a PATH ride from Manhattan and a ferry ride from Wall Street. It runs NJ BASE, the state's flagship landing pad for international companies entering the American market, and it is the closest thing we operate to a front door.

Over 7,200 square feet of Class A space at 3 Second Street in Jersey City: coworking desks, private conference rooms, and a room big enough for a Demo Day. Public transit is at the door, downtown Manhattan is minutes away, and the whole tri-state innovation economy is inside an hour.

SOSA was selected by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority in October 2025 to design, build, and operate NJ BASE, and the doors opened the following May. We run every part of it: selecting the companies, building the programming, opening the corporate and investor doors, and keeping the operation running day to day.

What we opened isn't just an office space. It's a commitment to the founders coming here, that they will walk into an operation that's already done the work of understanding where the real opportunities are.

The New Jersey Business Acceleration and Soft Landing Ecosystem is the state's landing pad for international companies scaling into the United States. Free, high-quality space in Jersey City, hands-on programming, and access to genuine demand from New Jersey's corporations, investors, and public institutions.
