Born out of the necessity to streamline innovation management, Savvy has undergone a transformative journey – from a solution crafted for our internal needs to a powerful and independent SaaS platform ready to redefine how innovation teams operate. Following a first launch among selected design partners, which proved incredibly successful and helped us fine tune our platform, the Savvy platform is about to debut to a wider audience.
As we prepare for this exciting milestone, we'd like to take a moment to reflect on the beginnings.
Inception and Innovation Challenges
In 2017, while running 100+ open innovation projects annually for industry-leading corporations involving 1000+ startups each year, SOSA identified a need for a comprehensive platform to manage these activities. Generic tools like Excel or CRMs simply didn’t offer a suitable solution.
This prompted us to develop Savvy—an in-house platform tailored to the needs of our analysts' and clients. Born from SOSA's proven innovation methods, Savvy efficiently handled vast startup data, streamlined open innovation projects, and became a secret weapon, surpassing client expectations.
Today, Savvy stands tall as an end-to-end innovation management tool, meticulously designed by innovation teams for innovation teams.
